- 3 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- Half a cup of İnci corn oil
- 1 cup milk
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 cups flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 sachet vanilla powder
STEP BY STEP
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Mix in İnci corn oil, milk, orange juice and zest.
- Sift in the flour, baking powder and vanilla, folding gently without overmixing.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated oven, checking until a skewer comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly, remove from the tin, slice and serve.
